I like this espresso. Pairs well with milk. Not too bitter, which is my most common complaint with espresso. Beans nicely roasted.Cupping Method:Cortado and latte with whole milk. Easy to drink with milk. I might update once I have it was an americano.

I really like Theodores Coffee. Consistently good light roasts. This one is as well. Light fruity, proper acid, no bitterness. Smooth drinking.Cupping Method:Black pourover made at home

The aroma was out of this world - floral, honeysuckle, cocoa. Such a nice light roast with tea finish. I love Colombian coffee.

Reasonable price and at my local grocery store so I didnt have to order online. Smooth in every way I made it. No bitterness.
Cupping Method:I really like it as a cold brew in my French press. Also worked well as pourover. Other Howells (the special ones!) better as pourover however.
