This is the best cold brew I've ever had. I'm not sure NOBL carries it on a regular basis as it's probably 60 days after I got a can of it at Concord Market near my house.

Usually I find cold brew tasty but not necessarily truly special or differentiated. This is an exception. This cold brew evolves almost like a wine, expressing the best components of Ethiopian coffee. It's floral, fruity, and naturally sweet. It has a hit of that chocolate orange you got on holidays as a kid, but not too much as to keep things interesting. It has a nice berry finish and a crisp, lingering acidity that leaves you wanting more.

I don't normally drink flavored coffee drinks, but I do love kulfi, cardamon, etc, and that's the ice cream I like to get whenever it's available. This pretty closely hits that flavor profile. The nitro gas, oat milk, the smoothness, the coffee, etc. are all excellent. Very happy with this.

It is definitely much more cardamom than pistachio or baklava.

Cupping Method:Out of the can. Purchased at Concord Market.

This is delicious for a treat. Not my daily cup, but a great treat. Not too sweet thank goodness.

Well done mocha - just the right amount of sweetness, very smooth, cinnamon highlighted mid palate. Enjoyed it a lot and maybe would have even more with some ice. Coffee is maybe a bit of an afterthought here but I cant complain.

A good nitro cold brew. Better than most you can get at chain stores. Wish the roast was a bit lighter on this one but nitro offsets the dark roast. Nobl's done some light roast nitro cold brews in limited edition form and they've been mind-blowing.

Not coffee but what the hey! Very refreshing in a hot day. They tried to do some subtle flavor things here, some good, some maybe not (rose?).

Interesting but not something Id want all time. Very nutty but want more acidity.

I just didn't like it. Texture and flavor were off to me.
