We have a retail location where we hang out with our townsfolk, (who are awesome!), and showcase the things you can do with Flag & Wire behind you. WHEN: Flag & Wire was launched in the summer of 2015. WHERE: We roast, ship and have our flagship retail location in McMinnville, Oregon (which is about an hour out of Portland). The aroma was nice and deep chocolate I think. I normally only love light roasts, but this medium roast is great. Chocolatey! I would have it more often.Cupping Method:Pourover at home. Black. Blind tasting from Angel's Cup

Angels Cup blind tasting. First thing out of the bag I said?this is a BLEND!!? Bean sized, shape, roast were highly varied with some oily. Results were good. Very chocolatey and smoky but smooth and not bitter.Cupping Method:Hario v60 pourover
