This one is very well done for an inexpensive, fair-trade, organic coffee. I love the values of Equal Exchange. Definitely get a smooth/creamy feel to it, along with the dark chocolate.Cupping Method:Filter

Pretty smooth with a chocolate orange character and a touch of nuttiness. Pleasant breakfast blend that you'd be very happy with in a hotel, or a set-it-and-forget it medium blend for those who want an inexpensive, sustainable blend.Cupping Method:Pourover in Chemex

This roast has a strong coffee flavor, but it trends darker and bit more bitter than I was expecting for a light roast. The flavors are rather nutty and chocolatey, with a light sweetness.Cupping Method:Vietnamese drip, cream and no sweetener
