I really enjoyed this coffee. Smooth. Great first cup of the day! Even delicious if not ground right before using.

Cupping Method:Had it drip black and later with half and half at an awesome cabin on a farm in VT. Fat Sheep Farm.

Pretty smooth and easy to drink medium roast. I dont think it had a standout characteristic but I had no complaints about it. Nice chocolate character and clean finish.

More Details

Roast Level: Medium
Medium roast coffee balances the beans' natural flavors and the roasting process, providing a well-rounded taste profile. When selecting a medium roast, look for a balance of acidity and sweetness, with caramel, nuts, and chocolate notes and a medium body.
Bean Source Country: Dominican Republic
Specialty coffee from the Dominican Republic is a hidden gem in the coffee world. Grown primarily in the country's mountainous regions, Dominican coffee beans boast a medium to full body with a balanced acidity. Distinct flavor profiles can range from rich notes of chocolate and caramel to bright undertones of berries and citrus, depending on the specific region and processing method.
