Actually cant believe how good this blend is even though Im drinking it at a museum cafeteria. Super super smooth, chocolate is front and center with some good fruitiness. Reminds me of great Colombia drip.

Great espresso for lattes. Iced or hot! Will drink much more of! Not bitter or too dark.

Cupping Method:Hot cortado with whole milk made on our espresso machine. Iced latte with whole milk made on our espresso machine.

We've found this to be a versatile medium espresso. My wife likes the lattes, cortados, iced lattes. And I'm happy with the espressos and Americanos. It it nicely smooth and balanced with the strong chocolate notes, and then it has balanced acidity. While there are a few espresso I've had that I think have more interesting or complex notes, they often aren't as versatile as Cosmo is.

Cupping Method:We have Lucca A53 Spaziale espresso machine that we have dialed in at 94 degrees C.

This was really enjoyable - nice and smooth and even, nothing surprising. It tasted like a dependable cup of coffee.

A nice, consistent flavor. There is a slight sweetness above a full, dry flavor with a neutral finish.

Good light roast breakfast blend type. Its very grapefruit forward which is good for me but maybe not everyone. Then its black tea and a clean finish. I have had 2 other drip blends at Atomic I liked a bit more

I thought this was ok, very citrus. Agree with Ted who thought it was very grapefruit.

Milk was beautifully foamed but flavor was just a bit off.
