Outrageously complex and delicious. I get a huge multifaceted note right at the beginning that’s so many tasty things it’s hard to describe. It is like Willy Wonka creation. Shortbread isn’t a terrible way to describe it, which is what Abracadabra say. I could say toasted mashmallow, green apple, and caramel. Then it’s a long finish with lavender and lemongrass. Delicious, fruity. Definitely get the chocolate and cherry. Maybe with being a Vermont roaster I get a lot of maple syrup! Definitely some natural sweetness.Cupping Method:Chemex pourover. Coffee purchased directly from roaster at their shop in Woodstock, VT

The aroma was out of this world - floral, honeysuckle, cocoa. Such a nice light roast with tea finish. I love Colombian coffee.Cupping Method:Pourover at home. Black.
