One of the best cold brews out there. Balanced, with a great fruity acidity. Occasionally get the craving to drive three hours to Vermont to pick it up.

Outstanding. Complex, smooth, and fruity. Very balanced. A strong black tea platform, and tons of natural sweetness and juicy nectarine.

An epic coffee, floral, tropical, complex. Super smooth and easy to drink with a clean finish. Brimming with fresh fruit and tea. This is how you dream of an Ethiopian light roast tasting.

Outrageously complex and delicious. I get a huge multifaceted note right at the beginning that’s so many tasty things it’s hard to describe. It is like Willy Wonka creation. Shortbread isn’t a terrible way to describe it, which is what Abracadabra say. I could say toasted mashmallow, green apple, and caramel. Then it’s a long finish with lavender and lemongrass. Amazing.

    Cupping Method:Chemex Pourover

Delicious, fruity. Definitely get the chocolate and cherry. Maybe with being a Vermont roaster I get a lot of maple syrup! Definitely some natural sweetness.

The aroma was out of this world - floral, honeysuckle, cocoa. Such a nice light roast with tea finish. I love Colombian coffee.

Very interesting light roast with a big strawberry streak and hit of mid-palate cocoa that makes it fun and tasty. Tilts very light.

Nice light roast from Ethiopia. I did taste the pineapple and peach. Maybe could have a little more acid.

Has a nutty maybe caramelly taste. Smooth. We’ll see if it actually makes me chill or not.
