Caff Nero has a good medium espresso that is easy to drink and balanced with good acidity. They have great gear and process. It has a little more complexity than run of the mill espresso.Cupping Method:Cimbali M39 at Caff Nero in Burlington MA

I found it a little too dark and bitter for my taste. Ill try it again in case I got some poorly roasted beans or poorly prepared coffee.Cupping Method:Latte with whole milk
