Smooth, luxurious, dark, delicious
Cupping Method:Had this as an Old Fashioned coffee cocktail (no alcohol) iced with Monarch espresso, orange oleo saccharin, cherry syrup and angostura and it is SOOO good!

I loved this coffee! I tried it on its own, then with oatmilk, and finally with oatmilk and maple syrup, and - unusually for me - next time I will enjoy without the milk. It was that good, and really easy to drink. Not bitter, but smooth and earthy. Love that its organic. My kind of dark roast!
Cupping Method:Moka pot, with and without frothed oat milk

I really loved both the look and the taste of the Galactic Standard. It was really enjoyable to drink with notes of cranberry, dark chocolate and a hint of hibiscus. I thought it was delicious!

This is my go-to coffee every morning. Grinds easily, smooth, silky beans, and makes incredible lattes with foamed oatmilk. I use a Bialetti moka and it almost feels like Im in Italy.

Chocolate espresso with an fruity finish. A bit acidic for my typical espresso taste, but I can appreciate the complex flavor!

This was definitely a tart cold brew balanced with some earthy tones that gave it a yummy and complex taste. It was a little acidic for my taste but still a very enjoyable drink!

Tasty dark roast! One that I especially enjoyed with milk. Strong and full bodied - whats not to like!

Super silky, dark beans and an amazing aroma when you open the bag. A very earthy taste - I found it interesting dark but preferred it as a latte. It makes a very interesting and quite delicious latte.
Cupping Method:Moka pot, tasted dark but consumed as an oat milk latte with maple syrup. Yum!

Creamy, deep notes, sometimes with a toasted peppery taste but a fruit-like finish. Tasty, lingers in a nice way!

Nice smooth dark roast with a hint of spice - pepper? cinnamon? - in the midst of dark chocolate.
Cupping Method:Black at first, then as an oatmilk latte with a splash of maple syrup.

A citrusy, floral tasting espresso! Very unusual and surprising. For me, I dont think this one would work with milk or as a latte but sipping it black and with a hint of sweetener makes for a really interesting experience!
Cupping Method:Brewed in a Moka, no milk/cream but a bit of maple syrup as sweetener at the end.

This was such an interesting cold brew! It was super complex and finished completely different from how it started. A little smoky and all the way interesting!

This was a cold brew that I would bring along to enjoy at the beach or somewhere relaxing. It was very easy to drink, with a good aftertaste. It was not super complex - just a good, easy to enjoy cold brew!

This coffee instantly reminded me of lapsang souchong tea, with an smoky flavor. I wouldnt say thats a flavor Im drawn to, unless Im in a particular mood, but I did like this cold brew. It went down pretty smooth and felt more interesting to drink than other cold brews.

I actually really enjoyed this instant coffee! Maybe it was the setting (camping) but I thought it was smooth to drink, a great start to the day, and I chose it over the other pour over Vietnamese coffee I'd brought.
Cupping Method:Instant, hot (& in a classic blue metal camping mug)
