Our story begins with two friends, Jamie Jeschke and Gio Sparks, who were both home roasters and shared a love for coffee. Starting with hot air popcorn poppers, they became active home roasters, learning through trial and error. The decline in coffee commodity prices and learning about the plight of the coffee farmers served as the impetus to start a business with the goal of buying Fair Trade coffee. Thus, La Cosecha Coffee Roasters began in 2006. They first sold coffee to friends and family while cultivating relationships who would eventually become their first wholesale customers.

I enjoyed this darker roast Snapchill can. Smooth, chocolate, earthy, with an acidity that starts off more plum then faded into almost lemony. Quite full-bodied for the first 3/4ths of the palate.

This cold brew hits all over the place, which kept me sipping! Sometimes it was coming on strong with a tart apricot acidity, sometimes it felt a bit more neutral, almost a bit grassy. The result is a lively delight, perfect for reinvigorating your day.

The flavor of this one lingered deep in my throat, acidic and maybe a bit berry-like. Another great canned cold brew. I'm so glad these now exist - so delicious and convenient.

This was such an interesting cold brew! It was super complex and finished completely different from how it started. A little smoky and all the way interesting!
