Jammy, winey, baking spice, super silky with a clean finish.

A unique, complex cold brew (with a can design that seems straight off the IPA shelf)! It hits with strong chocolate notes -- a slight bitterness bends the impression towards dark chocolate. The secondary flavor was a lightly sweet and tart raspberry. Rounding out the profile, there were hints of a salty smokiness with a light wash of malt. A masterpiece!

I really loved both the look and the taste of the Galactic Standard. It was really enjoyable to drink with notes of cranberry, dark chocolate and a hint of hibiscus. I thought it was delicious!

Fruity and funky coffee! Very enjoyable with a massive cherry kirsch linger. Starts tea and caramel, then a slightly chocolate funk with almost wine like character. Sort of has a cherry cola sweetness and character. A really fun one for the car and a long drive on a Sunday afternoon if not something Id want every day.

A trippy Snapchill can with a ton of complexity. Very complex for a cold brew style can. Starts with a rich chocolate note thats almost malty (like a Whopper, not a 40 oz) with a syrupy body. Then a mid-plate streak of cranberry and a black cherry finish. Very different from start to finish, and a lot of fun!

Super fun, like drinking a can of really really really dark chocolate. The ending note was a tad too bitter for my taste, but with some cream, that would mellow right out.

Medium roast, good silky body, slight sweetness like raw honey, strong milk chocolate taste. I can detect a faint plum flavor. Overall a good morning blend to get you moving in the morning.

One of the first Brandywine's for me that didn't really pop. It was smooth and had good balance. Maybe not my favorite profile, and batch drip may not have brought everything out. Nice mouthfeel and natural sweetness. I get the cherry and some citrus. I'd take a bit more brightness in the acidity. Cherry lovers will like this but not as much as say, Intrinsic Cherry (another Brandywine roast).
