Onyx Coffee Monarch Espresso, formerly named Red Queen, is our most developed roast. It is a flavor profile that we designed to work well with fats. This sweet dark roast coffee works extremely well with cream or as an espresso that has a high volume of milk. A very sweet sugar dense coffee that binds to the fats and creates multiple complex sugar browning notes from Swiss chocolate to cacao depending on the amount of milk added. Enjoy as drip or espresso. ESPRESSO PARAMETERS: 19.5 grams pulled 26-31 seconds for full potential.

    Smooth, luxurious, dark, delicious

    Cupping Method:Had this as an Old Fashioned coffee cocktail (no alcohol) iced with Monarch espresso, orange oleo saccharin, cherry syrup and angostura and it is SOOO good!
