This Costa Rica peaberry is really nice. It has a really nice citrus acidity note in the sweet mandarin orange range, and has a honey like sweetness and texture. It's not super complex but it drinks very smooth and has a nice mouthfeel.

This roast made a very nice espresso! The flavor profile evolved through the cup, starting with a dark roast feel and taste, ending distinctly lighter and sweeter. Overall, it was a bright cup with distinct lemon flavor and hints of almond.
