We're always excited when we find a decaf that doesn't taste like...well...decaf. This one is from the famous Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown at 1800MASL of Ethiopian Heirloom varieties, it has all those wonderful sweet notes Ethiopian coffees are famous for. Decaffeinatedusing the Swiss Water method, you get all a decaf coffee that actually tastes like coffee. The result is a very nice, sweet and balanced decaf coffee with notes of milk chocolate, raisins, and hazelnut. Great as both an espresso and a brew, you can't really go wrong with this coffee.
