Another gem from Guji, this naturally-processed coffee comes to us from the Uraga region - a dense, mountainous forest that spans almost 1000 miles. This forest contains a variety of subregions where some of the most incredible coffees are found. This lot of Ethiopian Landraces was grown at a ridiculous 2100-2300MASL, sun-dried on raised beds and then meticulously dried to get us an incredible coffee.
