Grabbed this bag after a sampling at Clover Food Lab. This is an outstanding Ethiopian that’s all fruit yet super smooth. Black tea is the prevailing platform, with hints of floral honey, red grape, and peach.

I normally don’t love Ethiopian coffee (too dark for me), but this one is so good. I loved it. Could drink it all day.

Cupping Method:Tried it first at Clover as a pourover and then bought beans and made it at home as a pourover. Equally as good. I always have pourover black.

Really lovely, complex and smooth and a joy to drink. I love it when coffee is a taste sensation, and this one nailed it. The ending note is acidic and a little fruity.

More Details

Roast Level: Light
Light roast coffee is a delicately roasted coffee that retains more of the beans' natural flavors and characteristics. Light-roasted coffees have bright acidity, complex fruit, and floral notes. Light roast coffee does not have less caffeine than darker roasts because caffeine levels remain stable during roasting.
Bean Source Country: Ethiopia
Widely regarded as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia boasts diverse and complex flavors, from bright, floral, and citrusy in Yirgacheffe to wine-like and berry-toned in Sidama. The country's heirloom varieties, combined with unique processing methods, make Ethiopian coffee truly distinctive and sought-after by enthusiasts worldwide.
Bean Source Region: Agaro
Agaro coffee is typically characterized by its bright acidity, rich body, and exquisite array of tasting notes that can include floral, citrus, and tropical fruit elements. The coffee's distinct and memorable flavor is a testament to the terroir of the Agaro region, where high elevations, fertile soil, and ideal climate conditions come together to create an ideal environment to produce a coffee with sweetness, acidity, and a rich aroma.
