This is my go-to decaf option! There's not a lot of variety for decaf on the market (that I've found) and I also haven't found a lot of high-quality decaf. This mix hits all the marks. It's a nice medium blend with dark chocolate and apple undertones.

This is another coffee blend that I'm excited about whenever it's the main blend that my local coffee shop is serving that day. It always makes me feel ultra cozy as I'm holding the mug in my hand. True to it's name too, it has some slight floral flavoring to it without being over the top.

This is one of my favorite coffees that I've tried lately! I'd say this is a good "neutral" coffee that works well as a regular everyday blend. Nothing about it is too overpowering. It possesses some citrus and chocolate undertones.

This one is interesting because I don't normally drink my coffee with cream, but the company promotes that their Monarch blend works best with a little cream in your cup, and I have to agree. I think adding a dash of oat milk really enhances it's flavor. (I like it by itself too, but something about the cream takes it to the next level).

I'm Bitty Louck, and while I specialize in food--especially gluten-free and flavor-forward living through my site https://nodashofgluten.com/--I take my coffee seriously.

Like, very seriously. I'm not a barista, but I work closely with chefs and artisan producers, and I've tasted a lot of exceptional brews this year.

The best coffee I've had in 2025 so far? It has to be Onyx Coffee Lab's "Geometry" blend.

I had it in early March brewed as a pour-over, and I literally stopped mid-sip and just said, "Wow."

It's got this crazy balance of bright berry, stone fruit, and floral notes without being overwhelming.

I think what I loved most was how clean the finish was.

It's the kind of cup that makes you re-think what coffee can taste like.

I paired it with a slice of almond flour lemon cake, and that combo was just unreal.

If you're chasing a bright, elegant cup this year, I think this one's a must.

The dry powder has a pronounced aroma, reminiscent of flowers. Even when it's sealed in my grinder, I can detect the scent of coffee. The brew has a full body without any bitterness, and the taste of green fruits is distinctly bright. As the sip dries in my mouth, a delightful sweetness emerges, at which point I can discern the taste of honey.

*I always enjoy my "coffee water," which involves adding some water to the mug after I've finished my coffee. I must say, the mixture with this particular coffee is one of the best.

So, the dry aroma is very good, a hint of lavender, a bit nutty and some lime. The flavour is excellent; some nice peachy stone fruit notes fronted by white sugar sweetness, plenty of citrus and a little tea like with assam or orange pekoe florality.

Its not particularly layered or complex, homogenizing a bit as it cooled, it is certainly balanced and refined though. Very clean, sweet and uniform, a first class job by the roaster here. Couldnt find a Quaker

This was an interesting coffee flavor that was well-done, but I don't think was for me because it's more "fruity" than I typically like. It's also on the pricier side. However, if you enjoy slight flavors of apricot and florals, then this could be the perfect blend for you.

Clean, nicely structured coffee. Plum and milk chocolate are the prominent notes. Smooth, clean finish. Low-ish complexity.

I've definitely had Onyx's Southern Weather before but didn't take notes on it. I was actually surprised when a couple of our top reviewers actually wrote super strong reviews for it. I think it's solid but not amazing.

Very nice nose after grind. Definitely some pea and other small shaped beans with irregularity. Most notable note before brewery for me was a bit of caramel. Pour over. Totally different after cooling Dark chocolate turning to Irish Breakfast tea on the back end. Seemed a bit of an irregular lot and maybe a tad overroasted (perhaps due to mixed bean sized). This came out of the Onyx advent calendar so could have been remains of a lot.

Has a nice black tea, Darjeeling character. Slight undertone of bitter wood. I was drinking Amaro last night and not totally dissimilar so not necessarily bad if you don't mind that. Other than that nice and balanced. Came in the Onyx Advent calendar which is a great way to try a lot of coffee from this great roaster but sometimes I feel like you're getting the tail end of a lot. Would have loved to have a few more beans to try this as an espresso since I got more of a medium roast here than a light/pourover one.
