The best cold brew I've had in the city is from Three Sisters Coffee & Tea in Burbank. It's owned by a Mom and her three daughters. Food and Drink Enthusiast here from Los Angeles, CA. The best Vietnamese Coffee I've had in the city is from Nam Coffee. They have a couple of locations - the one I've been to is in Little Armenia. A lot of time without a boat load of condensed milk, the coffee can be bitter and harsh - but even at it's base before mixing the condensed milk in - it's absolutely delicious as a stand alone.

The iced Black Camo Latte at Sawada Coffee in Chicago's West Loop is a drink that's hard to explain until you taste it. Hojicha and espresso over ice, with cocoa powder and vanilla makes it roasty, earthy, and rich but not heavy. Too many iced lattes feel like a delivery mechanism for caffeine; this one feels like it was actually designed to be drunk slowly and enjoyed. For a spot tucked inside a smoked meats hall decorated with stickers and skateboard decks, the precision of this drinks catches you off guard every time.

787 Coffee in New York City is genuinely one of my favorite discoveries as someone who basically lives between my home office and any and all WFH cafes ha! They're Latin American-owned, the flavors reflect that (they have Dulce de Leche, Horchata, etc flavors), and they let you choose your bean, so every cup feels intentional in a way that most coffee shops just don't. I'm not a coffee snob, I'm just someone who needs it to actually be good without it being too sweet, and theirs always is!
