Southern Weather embodies everything we love about specialty coffee and has evolved into a foundational blend. We brew this in our own cafes as a “House” filter option and love how it balances the relationship between modern citric acidity flavors with full bodied chocolates. This comfortable, yet surprisingly complex and sophisticated coffee is approachable to all. It performs well on its own for the purist or with fats such as dairy or plant based beverages, making it a true answer for all coffee needs.

    This is one of my favorite coffees that I've tried lately! I'd say this is a good "neutral" coffee that works well as a regular everyday blend. Nothing about it is too overpowering. It possesses some citrus and chocolate undertones.

    Clean, nicely structured coffee. Plum and milk chocolate are the prominent notes. Smooth, clean finish. Low-ish complexity.

    I've definitely had Onyx's Southern Weather before but didn't take notes on it. I was actually surprised when a couple of our top reviewers actually wrote super strong reviews for it. I think it's solid but not amazing.
