    I think this is a good coffee that might not be a fit for my personal palate or maybe I didn’t quite get the pour over right. There’s a lot going on in the front of the palate here with milk chocolate and burst of umami. A finish for me of underripe star fruit. Just didn’t seem to balance out into something pleasant for me.
