    This is one of the best Mexican coffees I’ve had. Bursting with jasmine and bergamot. Balanced acidity with raspberry. Tidy and clean cocoa finish.

    Cupping Method:Onyx 2022 Advent Calendar. Chemex pourover. I couldn't find this on Onyx's website, so not clear if it's widely available.
