This delightful Honduran coffee has a juicy stone fruit acidity up front which yields to a creamy notes of hazelnut and sweet vanilla. The finest coffee harvests of Honduras are found in Santa Barbara, and the top of that pile is San Vicente mill, operated by the famed Benjamin Paz. This coffee is a collection of smallholder producers surrounding the mill, it's freshly arrived from origin and tasting at peak vibrancy.
