Peru and Brazil Blend
From the roaster:
Lucero is the neighbourhood that saw the opening of our coffee roastery and the name we have given to our first Blend. It is composed of two coffees of South American origin: a Peruvian from the Andean region of Cajamarca and a Brazilian from Cerrado Mineiro.
After many tests looking for a super sweet flavour profile, we have come up with a combination in which we find hints of marzipan and chocolate. Plus a mild grapefruit acidity that gives structure and complexity to the coffee.
All this makes it ideal to drink with milk, although on its own it is also a perfect coffee to accompany breakfast or to end a good meal.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
We worked with two coffees of different origins, a Brasil Fazenda Santa Tereza from the Cerrado Mineiro region and a Peruvian from the Cajamarca region.
