    Clean light/medium cold brew with a bright note of citrus acidity (valencia orange?).

    A hint of brown sugar. Very balanced and easy to drink.

    Cupping Method:I got this cup at the deTerroir store on Rue St. Jean in Quebec, with one of their fantastic croffles and caramel.
