I really liked this espresso straight. I had to work to dial-in for milk drinks as its quite floral/bergamot. Its prominent in the aroma and comes on strong mid-palate. But its never out of bounds.

A well-crafted roast! The flavor presents as an intriguingly complex. I could taste pineapple and cola, complemented with a impressively sweet acidity.

An immensely naturally sweet coffee that drinks extremely clean and smooth with a lot of fruitiness. There is definitely a citrus note, chocolate orange, and something like a sweet, juicy peach. I didn't get a lot of complexity, but this is about as easy to drink coffee as you'll ever find. I drank 3 cups of it in about 20 minutes without thinking that much about it.

The thing that stands out is how naturally sweet this coffee is without even the slightest hint of bitterness. I think honey is a fair descriptor here. It's a very smooth sweetness, to the point of almost having a touch of glycerine.

We also ordered a Colombian gesha, that has some similar characteristics but is funkier and a bit more complex. I'd say they were both great but I liked this one a bit more.

Cupping Method:Chemex pourover. Bought along with 2 other bags from Black & White from the Internet.

I really have developed a taste for Honduran coffee and I really enjoy honey processing so this was a winner in my book. I could taste the cherry, but I also some darker honey notes. It was a good medium body with sweet aftertaste. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful roast with almost a gloss on the slightly darker decaf beans.

Overall, this is very tasty decaf with some really interesting notes. Freeze dried strawberries and pink lemonade are in there, perhaps cola. A very clean, bright balanced acidity in this one. Just enough of a hint of lightly sweet milk chocolate to balance it all off.

I don't think this has the complexity that would usually draw a five star review from me with a regular coffee, but this is decaf so perhaps we're splitting hairs too much.

Cupping Method:Hario v60. 18:1, 92F. About two weeks from roast date. I got this coffee in a trade.

This is one of the first light roast natural Cometeer Pods I've ever had. I think it's really good. Chocolate, strawberry, hints of Merlot red wine. Just the right of funk. Silky smooth and sweet.

    Cupping Method:Just added water.

Pretty funky with strawberry notes and a lot of sweetness. Red wine-ish in the middle.

Probably reminds me more of the old hard foil wrap strawberry candies with the green top than gummy sharks. Probably splitting hairs in terms of the description ha ha.

Was not an easy coffee to dial in and it took me until the third try to get to this five star cup. I think a little bit finer grind helped, less water, and hotter temp (94 vs 92). For whatever reason, I felt like at the lower temperature of the overwhelmed the sweetness and acidity.
