From the roaster: From the hills of Honduras comes 18 Rabbit, a delicious honey-processed coffee. The coffee farms are female-owned and have been partners of Cafe Kreyol since 2014.

Tasting Notes of maple, a tart green apple acidity, and curiously sweet. This is definitely a seasonal must-have!

We serve whole bean coffee for maximum quality and freshness.

    Very lightly roasted, almost blonde on visual, easy to drink coffee with low acidity for a light roast. Maple syrup, black tea from the platform with grapefruit zest and a hint of lemongrass. A salted caramel hint lingers in the background and depending on your view may be too savory.

Light roast coffee is a delicately roasted coffee that retains more of the beans' natural flavors and characteristics. Light-roasted coffees have bright acidity, complex fruit, and floral notes.
