we're three lifelong friends. We started this journey in 2018 with some unroasted beans, some equipment we barely knew how to use at the time, and a deep love for good coffee. Coffee has been one of life’s great adventures for us—whether it’s a new blend we've just come up with, or a new idea to help us better serve our customers, there’s always something to be discovered at Pike Creek Coffee Roasters. Little Goat Coffee Roasting Co. is a coffee shop and micro-roaster located in Newark, Delaware. Roasting & brewing ethically sourced coffee beans from around the world.The company was founded in 2016 by Joe Lins and Olivia Brinton with the dream of bringing freshly roasted, organically grown and fairly traded coffee to Delaware. In the cafe, customers enjoy freshly roasted coffee. Outside of our cafe, you will find us at your favorite eateries, grocers, workspaces, schools, and cafes. Where we support our wholesale customers in their brewing endeavors. We want to share the importance of sustainable coffee consumption as well as serve the world’s best cup of coffee. Needless to say, providing coffee to the community is our passion.
