Again I think what Poma is doing is really cool. This is pretty unique. Tiny little beams here. Coffee is a like a lightly brewed black tea with a slight savory note. Nice hint of caramel sweetness. Very clean. Very little acidity though.Cupping Method:16:1, 94C in v60.
