This Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a natural process, Gr1 grade coffee. It has elegant notes of mandarin orange, strawberry and apricot. With a sweet, clean balanced finish that refreshes, this coffee captures the heart of what us at Klatch are all about. This Yirgacheffe's Natural Process was dried on raised beds. This coffee is produced by Welde Hirbe and processed as a separate lot at the Adame Gorbota Cooperative where Welde is a member. The Adame Gorbota Cooperative is located in the district of Wenago in the Gedeo Zone within the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, Ethiopia. Welde Hirbe is part of the single producer project developed jointly between the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) and coffee distributor.
