A fairly smooth Colombian medium roast that isnt quite harmonious in its acidic and flavor mix, but is satisfying. Hard to explain exactly but its a bit too much of lemon then grapefruit then chocolate. Again, not bad just not quite the perfect balance.Cupping Method:Hario v60 pourover
