I had this coffee in leaderboard season 16. honestly had no idea on it.. Small, nicely roasted beans.

A very smooth coffee with silky mouth feel, light black tea, cherry, watermelon, and pineapple. I couldn't zero in on an origin. Delicious though!

More Details

Roast Level: Light
Light roast coffee is a delicately roasted coffee that retains more of the beans' natural flavors and characteristics. Light-roasted coffees have bright acidity, complex fruit, and floral notes. Light roast coffee does not have less caffeine than darker roasts because caffeine levels remain stable during roasting.
Bean Source Country: Thailand
Thai coffee stands out for its distinctive and vibrant flavor profiles, attributed to its unique terroir and local processing methods in the country's northern regions. The high-quality Arabica beans cultivated in the cool, mountainous terrain are known for their mild to medium body and delightfully fruity, floral, and sometimes nutty or chocolatey notes. As a result, Thai coffee has become a hidden gem in the world of specialty coffee, increasingly capturing the attention and appreciation of coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
