As layered as your wardrobe this season, Sweater Weather knits together the fruity and floral notes from our favorite coffees. This blend will brighten your morning more than setting the clock back an hour! Sweater Weather is a 33/33/33 blend of El Alto (Costa Rica), Kolla Bolcha (Ethiopia), and La Soledad (Guatemala)We’re so excited to have this fresh Ethiopian back in our blend rotation as it offers up a lot of delicious complexity, a lactic sweetness and slight herbaceousness. La Soledad lends a rich texture that reminded us of milk chocolate with delicate tea-like qualities that reminded us of a lightly roasted oolong tea. El Alto ties everything together giving the overall delivery and mouthfeel of this blend the vibe of drinking a really good milk tea! Our favorite shots were: 17.3g in/ 33g out/ 33s that tastes like oolong tea, lemongrass and passionfruit with a milk tea mouthfeel. The larger ratio drew out more of the more delicate flavors of the blend. We also thought that more richness and body was possible with a 17.5g or 17.6g does, a 31g output and a 30-31s output. Overall we’re really excited about this blend and know y’all will have some fun dialing it in! 1/3 La Soledad, Guatemala 1/3 El Alto, Costa Rica 1/3 Kolla Bolcha, Ethiopia

More Details

Roast Level: Medium
Medium roast coffee balances the beans' natural flavors and the roasting process, providing a well-rounded taste profile. When selecting a medium roast, look for a balance of acidity and sweetness, with caramel, nuts, and chocolate notes and a medium body.
Bean Source Country: International Blend
International blend coffee refers to a blend of coffee beans sourced from different regions or countries worldwide. International blends combine beans with distinct flavor profiles and characteristics, resulting in a harmonious and complex cup of coffee. The quality of an international blend depends on the expertise of the coffee roaster, who carefully selects and combines beans to achieve a specific flavor and balance. Roasters who excel in crafting international blends have a deep understanding of the different growing regions, varietals, and processing methods.
