    I thought Flyaway was fine. It was suggested on the Wonderstate site as espresso, but I also tried it as pour over. There has been a lot of hype around this roaster and the other espresso (Heartstrings) we got was good. no matter how I tried I couldn't really get depth of flavor. There's chocolate, cherry, and some brown sugar notes. I just couldn't get clarity and depth. The rooster's notes are there, but I'm not sure if this was a freshness issue with the way the beans were stored or we just got a flattish batch.

    I didn't like the lattes made with this, and Ted said it was recommended as an espresso. But my friends and I guzzled the batch brew Ted did.
