This was the espresso for the salted caramel latte.

Delightfully crafted, my coffee experience featured the exquisite blend of house-made salted caramel syrup, 2oz of expertly brewed house espresso, and flawlessly steamed oat milk. Despite my usual avoidance of coffee due to dairy intolerance, this cup was nothing short of extraordinary. The flavor profile struck a harmonious balance not overly sweet, yet not too bitter, creating a perfect symphony for the taste buds. The prompt service and inviting atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Im not a regular coffee enthusiast, but this exceptional concoction has left a lasting impression. I will return for another round of this remarkable coffee delight.

OK a few runs through this Wonderstate espresso now, and I think I have it pretty dial-in. This is a very pleasant, easy-drinking espresso with a lot of fruitiness (cherry, orange). It's a bit milk chocolate and brown sugar as well. It worked well in cafe drinks for being so fruity. I'd like a little more depth in some of the chocolate notes but this is a great medium roast espresso. Consistent crema that contributes nicely to mouthfeel and flavor.

Red is the name of the game with this one with the notes.

In a year rich with excellent Pink Bourbons, this one from Wonderstate stands out as a beautifully executed coffee, though not quite the pinnacle for me. Its bright acidity and vibrant notes of red fruit and rooibos tea provide a lively and refreshing experience, with watermelon sweetness and delicate honeysuckle florality adding depth and elegance. It's easy to drink but doesn't quite finish with a flourish. Overall I do think Wonderstate has skillfully highlighted the varietal's unique qualities here.
