  The aroma was pleasant and warming but somewhat nondescript initially. Subtle fruity and floral notes appeared as the coffee sat. There was a nice Ethiopian funkiness too. Moderate amount of sweetness. The sweetness came forth as the coffee cooled. Some juicy, yellow fruit notes appeared later. Ripe mango perhaps. Later, as the coffee approached room temperature, the yellow fruit presence intensified, as did the funk. Southern Hemisphere hops came to mind. The flavor profile was also impressive. Super juicy and fruit forward. Excellent sweet, yellow fruit presence up front. Touch of Ethiopian funk. Nice zippy, lemony acidity in the center. Some black tea or lemon tea was noticeable on the back end and the finish. Slightly tannic and drying with a pleasant, lingering sweetness. Lemonade came to mind. Overall, outstanding sweetness in the aroma and impressive sweetness in the flavor. Excellent acidity in the aroma and exceptional acidity in the flavor. The mouthfeel was fantastic. Creamy, juicy and medium-full bodied. This coffee was excessively tannic and acidic until around week 10, when the sweetness really popped and the acidity mellowed to a perfect level.
