    Angel's Cup blind tasting. This was very good. Very mellow, and balanced. Acidity to match. Light brown sugar, a little bit of herbaceousness, and a little bit of almost cake/nutty. Your palate needs to squint a bit as it's all very subtle and fun, and not at all like coffees from other parts of the world
