    Cleaning up old notes. Had this one from Bean Archives in November. A well executed classic Ethopian, tea, stonefruit, some purple fruit, light bergamot. Balanced with good sweetness and medium mouthfeel.

Its flavor is characterized by a vibrant acidity, akin to citrus or wine, combined with intricate floral notes like jasmine or bergamot, and complemented by complex fruit flavors such as peach, lemon, or berry. The coffee is predominantly made from indigenous Ethiopian heirloom varietals, known for their genetic diversity and contributing to the light to medium body and tea-like mouthfeel of the brew.
