    After a bit of work that District Donuts in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas sources its coffee from Cool Kids Coffee, a New Orleans roaster. It's a challenge to find excellent coffee in Vegas, but this spot stands out as one of the best options on this part of the Strip. I recommend the espresso and cold brew here.

    Their medium roast cold brew is rock solidsuper balanced and smooth with delightful chocolate notes and a hint of nuttiness. The finish is exceptionally clean and smooth, with a nice mouthfeel and natural sweetness. The molasses notes mentioned by the roaster really come through.

    Cupping Method:I ordered this cold brew at District Donuts in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and enjoyed it while walking to the Paris Hotel (85 degrees at 8 am).
