This is not terrible, but probably my least favorite Cometeer that I have ever had. Despite being largely a light roast drinker, this is one of the few light roast Cometeers I've ever had. Maybe it's the silky Cometeer mouthfeel doesn't quite add as much on a more acidic/tart roast. I have a bunch more of the light roasts so we'll find out.

Stonefruit and caramel leading. Not quite like the typical Ethiopian clean mouthfeel though. A bit odd. I think it has a cloying ending with a slightly unpleasant dried hibiscus ending.

Cupping Method:Just added water. Part of Cometeer Holiday Advent.

The country's heirloom varieties, combined with unique processing methods, make Ethiopian coffee truly distinctive and sought-after by enthusiasts worldwide.
Bean Source Region: Guji
Guji is a renowned coffee-growing region in southern Ethiopia, known for producing exceptional coffees with distinctive flavor profiles.
