Cupping Method:Currently, I'm using the Sage Barista Express with a few extra gadgets to improve the result. The #coffee beans are named Italiano Cremoso by Lavazza, a mix of Arabica and Robusta beans. I use 17 grams of beans to produce 33 - 36 grams of espresso, resulting in a 1:2 ratio. Brewing time is approximately 25-30 sec, excluding pre-infusion.

This coffee earned 3 stars in the prestigious Great Taste Awards. Since this is a highly respected competition with expert judges, we treat this award as a five-star review to help people find the best coffees.
Pretty bad
I tasted this side-by-side with a local roaster Cafe Charlevoix (pictured) as the AirBNB I was staying in Quebec left a bag of Qualita Rosso. They're both medium roasts so I thought they would be good for my sensory training. I think the local roaster is notably better. Qualita Rosso starts off nice with a chocolate kick, but has a slightly rubbery note. It's pretty smooth but a tad hoppy/grapefruit bitter. I don't love the aftertaste which is a bit woody. Maybe Qualita Rosso better for espresso. It's about hotel coffee quality for me.
