An excellent espresso for the price. This is a rather unique roast, consisting entirely of robusta beans.

The espresso was brewed spot on with a nice balance of sweetness and bitterness. Flavor notes included chocolate and caramel, rounded off by a hint of orange.

Currently, these beans are my top choice for home brewing. With a dose of 17.5g, I achieve a nice ratio around 1:2, resulting in a sweet and long-lasting espresso aroma.

Flavor is 4/5. It has a nice blend of acidity and sweetness with a slight cacao taste. However, the consistency isn't always reliable, so I might end up with a cup that tastes too harsh.
Crema is 4/5. Most of the crema is stable and has a thick texture. It creates a nice aroma and mouthfeel.
Aftertaste is 3/5. The aftertaste is rather spicy. It complements the drinking experience and finishes the cup in an ordinary manner.
Ambiance is 2/5. This espresso does the job as a daily starter – that's it. However, drinking it at home makes it comforting.
Value is 5/5. The costs for beans and machine operation are quite low. Considering the result, the price-to-quality ratio is very good.Cupping Method:Currently, I'm using the Sage Barista Express with a few extra gadgets to improve the result. The #coffee beans are named Italiano Cremoso by Lavazza, a mix of Arabica and Robusta beans. I use 17 grams of beans to produce 33 - 36 grams of espresso, resulting in a 1:2 ratio. Brewing time is approximately 25-30 sec, excluding pre-infusion.

Advertised as chocolate, nut, and honey, but I mostly tasted chocolate. The rest didn't really come through
The paper cup didn‘t help the taste.
Crema: 4/5.
The crema was fresh and stable. No complaints.
Aftertaste: 3/5.
Basic and not harsh, but nothing memorable. No complimentary water was offered.
Value: 2/5.
At 4.50 CHF (4.80 EUR), it's pricey. I'd expect more than a paper cup for this.

Flavor: 3/5
A rather strong espresso with woody and tobacco notes. The flavor profile was somewhat thin in comparison to other espressos.
Crema: 2/5
As seen in the next slide, the cremawas quite thin and not very characteristic. While this isn't always a bad sign, in this case, it didn't add much to the experience.
Aftertaste: 3/5
Not too harsh, offering a soft summary of the espresso's woody main notes.
Ambiance: 5/5
The location is excellent - right next to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The shop itself is straightforward and simple.
Value: 3/5
At £2.90, the espresso is reasonably priced. It offers average quality, with the main appeal being its location.
Overall, it's a convenient spot to grab an espresso, but there are definitely better options in LondonCupping Method:Follow @jetsetpresso on Instagram or visit the link below to see full review.

This is a review of the espresso at the Open Sky Business Class Lounge in Dusseldorf. It's comfortable to get an espresso in the lounge while working or relaxing, but if you're looking for a good coffee experience, I'd recommend heading to one of the regular coffee shops at the airport .

As expected, the coffee wasn't comparable to one from a portafilter machine, but it was still useful for starting the early days on track.
