A solid coffee for drip. Drinks very much like a breakfast blend. when hot it has a savory note that paired with the type of acidity gives it a little bit of a pickle character. Mellows into smooth and slightly honey sweet with sweet tea character. A classic easy drinker.

More Details

Roast Level: Light Medium
A Light Medium Roast coffee, sometimes referred to as a "City Roast" or "American Roast," lies between a light and medium roast. This roast level strikes a balance by preserving the coffee bean's unique characteristics while allowing for a moderate development of body and flavor. The beans have a medium brown color, exhibiting a slight sheen of oils, providing a more balanced and nuanced flavor profile. A Light Medium Roast typically highlights the coffee's inherent fruity, floral, or citrus notes, while also providing some of the deeper, richer flavors associated with medium roasts.
Bean Source Country: Guatemala
Guatemala is one of the main coffee-producing countries in Central America. Its volcanic soil and altitude make it ideal for producing quality arabica.
Coffee in Guatemala is grown in the high-altitude regions of the country. The country is known for producing high-quality Arabica beans, known for their well-balanced, rich, and complex flavors with notes of chocolate, fruit, and nuts with great acidity. The volcanic soil and favorable climate conditions contribute to the unique taste profile of Guatemalan coffee. The coffee industry is a significant part of the country's economy, with small-scale farmers and cooperatives being the primary producers. Guatemala represents around 2% of the world's coffee production, but due to its reputation for high quality, has an outsized impact in specialty roasts.
