Editor's Overview

I bought a calendar with 30 different roasts from Pirates of Coffee. I think it's probably hard to roast/package this much fresh coffee at once and have it be high quality. Also the relatively small sizes left me with limited opportunities to dial-in. Overall, I thought the coffee was fun and often creative, but the roasting style maybe didn't perfectly align to my taste as I find many of these coffees roasted just slightly past where I think they would have been brightest.
