The Colombia Guava Banana was carefully roasted for you by Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. This Caturra variety of coffee was grown 1,350 meters above sea level in the Tolima region of Colombia. Located in the micro-lot next to the washing station and surrounded by Guava trees, this coffee profile has been one of the most intense and fruity coffees developed by the estate. The coffee is processed by a unique method that consists of a special two-step limited oxygen fermentation to develop a more intense but clean profile. Tropical and berry-like fruit flavors are prominent in the cup.
