    Well-balanced, peach iced tea like Ethiopian. White flowers, light jasmine or honeysuckle undertone. Unfussy with a pleasant mouthfeel. Doesn't hit the complex or juicy heights some of this years Ethiopians have gotten to, but this is a nicely executed roast of a classic lot.

    Cupping Method:I liked it lighter which brought out the florality.
