A wonderful blend, something you could drink every day. Has that elevated breakfast blend feel, with mild chocolate caramel notes transforming into a berry/kiwi/tropical acidity. Balance and structure is great. Best executed of 3 blind tastings blends this week. -

Angel's Cup Blind Tasting. Beautiful brownie smell out of the bag and on the roast.
Smooth and lively, definitely getting peach, spice, vanilla. Touch of orange zest. Slightly vegetal. -

Nice light platform bordering on mint black tea. Citrusy accent like lime and clementine. Very smooth and balanced. Totally different from the rich cocoa and nutty pre extraction grind.Cupping Method:Angelscup blind tasting.
