    A little grapefruitty and bitter when hot, this settles into a very nicely balanced Ethiopian that's smooth and clean.

    Silky floral overtones, plus some purple fruit. It's not an ultralight so it's chocolate and tea. Really nice mouthfeel. A good cup.
