    Starbucks is tough for me since what I'm creating here is a specialty coffee focused site. Of course Starbucks is a big chain but also has its roots and still has a clear foot on the ground in the specialty coffee world.

    I've had Veranda blend many times but this is the first time under a critical eye. It does stack up against other light-medium roasts especially for drip/filter chain coffee.

    It's nicely balanced, smooth, chocolatey and has a nice strawberry acidity.
