Finally made it through my stash to get to Commonplace Coffee Fabio Caballero washed Honduran. This was a limited release for the company's anniversary. It was in collaboration (sourced) with Dynamic Coffee. If I would have known it was going to be this good I would have picked up more bags. It is a light to medium roast, very smooth, silky body and sweet. I mean naturally sweet. You can taste the honey notes pretty clearly. My daughter tried it and said she could also pickup, a little fainter, the rosewater.
