"Invierno" (which translates to 'winter' in Spanish) is a limited seasonal roast crafted to exude the bold and dark cup of coffee you would envision on a cold winter morning.

It is a unique pre roast blend made up of a honey process, natural (dry) process, and wet wash coffees. We are getting fun notes of Roasted Chestnuts, Jasmine Tea, and Smoked Orange Peel.

    Good, fairly smooth blend. Lots of chocolate notes and some orange zest. A slight unpleasant woody/bitter tone 3/4 of the way through. Angels Cup blind tasting.
